In spite of the variation of time and volume, it can sustain the pressure of water supply pipe. It realizes the constant water supply pressure by variable frequently regulating the pump motor’s rotating speed.

    III.Functions

    1.Energy saving: fast and stable automatic observation of water usage. Based on water use, intelligent regulate operation mode and output frequency. Under various frequency control, there is almost no motor shock current. High efficiency and energy saving can up to over 30%.

    2.Drip-proof: it intelligently goes to sleep when not in use to prevent from pipe leakage and thus to achieve the goal of energy saving and cost saving.

    3.No need for pool: no need direct water supply from the water tower or pool to avoid secondary pollution.

    4.Compatible design: self-adapting to all voltage/current sensors.

    5.V/F setting: V/F curve line can be set flexibly to fit different applications. Integrate over-modulation control method. When changing the variable torque load, the carrier frequency changes as the torque and relevant voltage change. 

    6.Ultra low noise: we adopts the world’s latest generation of IGBT or PIM for the main circuit of our pump controller. The maximum carrier frequency is 20KHz. Motor can generate no electromagnetic noise by using the option of random-carrier modulation.

    7.Current limit: During working, the output current of the controller will exceed its limit level due to faster acceleration and deceleration or heavy load. If choose current limit mode, the controller will automatically control and keep the output current within the limit. When output current is less than the limit, it works as the normal input order.

    8.Overvoltage stalling: During deceleration, controller will automatically start overvoltage stalling if DC bus is overvoltage.

    9.Wide voltage: Properly working voltage is ±15% of rated voltage. It meets the strict industrial standards, such as grid surge (induct lighting strike), anti grid noise, anti electrostatic interference.
